Test Automation Engineers

Job Description:
The Test Automation Engineer works with the Testing team to create automated test scripts which execute QA test cases, verifying software to company guidelines and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create, execute and maintain automated test scripts, demonstrating correct business conditions and expected results.
• Assist in the preparation of test cases.
• Ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release.
• Prepare and maintain test plans for use on automated testing tools.
• Provide feedback to the development team and validate the work is carried out in accordance with schedule and quality requirements.
• Provide estimates and feedback for project scheduling purposes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• Experience creating automated test scripts from QA test cases.
• Previous experience testing computer programs.
• Able to read and follow technical specifications and test plans.
• Experience w/ QA/test methodologies (black/gray box), tools & writing SQL queries is a plus.
• Experience with C#/.NET/SQL Server is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Interested in developing world class computer applications.
• Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
• A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
• Ability to work well within a team.
